Nyi Htoon is an advice-only fiduciary financial planner and the owner of Step Forward Financial, a financial planning and investment services firm founded in 2025. His career in financial services includes risk management, investment research and life insurance. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA). He is currently a candidate for CFP® certification after completing the education and examination requirements. He brings a wealth of knowledge and a desire to help educate individuals and families on financial planning. He received MS in Actuarial Science/Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and BA in Mathematics/Computer Science from Monmouth College.
